For your convenience we will be pricing contract over-run grain at the closing market price the day of unloading it. Included with this pricing, is the grain that has not been contractedor sold at the time of delivery. Checks will be mailed out automatically for over-run only.

Settlement Policy: All grain that is delivered must be on contract, sold, or placed on DP or Grain Bank at the time of delivery. Allow 24 Hours for checks to be written. Spot bushels will be priced at the close of the day on the day of delivery (closing price @ 2:00PM while delivery day ends at midnight). Overrun of contract of less than 100 bushels will also be priced on the day of delivery.
Delayed Pricing Service Charges .05/mo. With no minimum. Will be computed on a daily basis until price is established. Delayed Pricing bushels cannot be applied to Forward Contracts.
Corn Drying cost and Discount Schedules:
Ruthton/Elkton/Tracy Drying @ .03 /point of moisture; drying by the half point with no minimum and 1.5% shrink per point moisture by the half point. Cash and Contracted grain shrunk and dried to 15% moisture. Delayed Priced dried to 14.0% moisture.
Grain Banked Corn: 14.0% moisture with a .05/Mo. Service charge.
Hedge to Arrive Fees: 2012 Crop Year (Sept 2012 through August 2013) is .02/bushel on corn and .05/bushel on beans. 2013 Crop Year (Sept 2013 through March 2014) is .05/bushel on corn and .10/bushel on beans. One roll within the same crop year for a fee of .02.
Pricing of HTA and Basis Fixed Contracts: If a producer has not priced futures or basis by the expiration date listed on the contract, they will be priced at the close of that day. Expiration date will be the 25th of the month prior to the contract futures month.

Test Weight: 2 cent per bushel for each pound or fraction thereof a pound under 54.0
Foreign Material: All foreign material in excess of 1.0% shall be deducted from the gross weight and will not be paid for at the time of settlement.
Small whole beans that pass through 8/64 grading sieve will be considered foreign material.
Other discounts: Sour or Musty beans will be discounted .20 cents/ bu.
Buggy or soybeans infested with weevils will be discounted .10cents per bushel.
Soybeans that are treated with a seed treatment or an unidentifiable material will be rejected. Seed that has been adulterated with water is also subject to rejection.
